If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Eligibility: You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at: dezire.chat@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Processing Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at: dezire.chat@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Exchanges

Exchanging Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at: dezire.chat@gmail.com
